engineers, scientists and individuals that have helped to create and continue to sustain the Internet.
Robert W. Taylor
As former director of ARPA, he facilitated and managed federal funding towards computer networking research at ARPA that led to the creation of ARPANET and thus the Internet. He also led research at XEROX PARC and DEC.
